Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, or Organisational Development.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end HR operations, including contracts, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong background in supporting or implementing learning & development and organisational development initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities
- Highly detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and business awareness skills
- Good to have prior experience in management consultancy or within a middle-office function.
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.
