Requirements
- 6–8 years of proven HR management experience in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, or Service industries
- Strong expertise in HR operations with hands-on delivery across core processes
- Solid track record in talent acquisition and recruitment, driving end-to-end hiring strategies
- Skilled in employee relations with ability to manage complex workplace issues effectively
- Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting, with knowledge of SuccessFactors as an advantage
- Experience in payroll management ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
