You'll play a key deputising role to the site's Quality & Regulatory leadership, driving quality systems performance, compliance and cross-functional collaboration across the business.
What you'll own:
- Support senior Quality leadership in overseeing quality assurance, quality control and regulatory functions
- Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in line with international GMP and quality standards
- Oversee product release processes and ensure documentation, validation and change control practices meet compliance requirements
- Manage quality performance indicators and drive root-cause / corrective action programmes
- Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain and R&D to embed a strong quality culture
- Support inspection readiness, audit programmes and supplier quality oversight
- Contribute to quality governance reviews and risk escalation to senior leadership
- Mentor and develop talent within the Quality function
To be shortlisted for the role, you would come with:
- Degree in a relevant science, pharmacy or engineering discipline
- Extensive (12–15+ years) experience in Quality and Regulatory roles within a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industry)
- Track record of leading through regulatory inspections and quality system initiatives
- Solid working knowledge of GMP and international quality frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
