We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Risk Manager to strengthen and oversee our firm’s operational risk framework. This role plays a key part in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks across investment, trading, and support functions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the firm’s operational risk management framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
- Oversee the capture, analysis, and reporting of operational risk events, including root cause analysis and remediation tracking.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls, working with stakeholders to implement improvements where necessary
- Develop, monitor, and report KRIs to provide early warning signals of emerging risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree in a related field
- At least 8 years of Operational Risk experience – ideally in the CMS licensed firm
- Able to work independently
- Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
