A Digital Banking client is seeking a VP, Financial Planning & Analysis
to join the team.
This is a role with a well-established Digital Bank at growth stage. Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis will be the key person to advice the bank on finance matters. You will also oversee forecasting, budgeting and cost efficiency initiatives. The successful candidate will drive profitability strategy, work with stakeholders to ensure that business strategies are aligned to financial goals for the firm.
The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years experience in a FP&A role within financial services, preferably with experience across retail banking products, and a track record of driving profitability for the business. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite to be able to collaborate and influence key business stakeholders.
