Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end deal execution: origination, structuring, credit execution and ongoing management of a portfolio of fund finance facilities for private equity funds in Asia Pacific
- Analyze, structure, and perform due diligence on transactions that vary in complexity
- Portfolio management of the existing fund finance facilities across Asia Pacific; complete periodical customer reviews, assist with ad-hoc requests from the client and the refinancing and extension of the facilities
- Manage existing client relationships and contributing to cross sell activities
- Lead & develop new client pipelines
- Establish and maintain an effective network of internal and external contacts across private equity funds
- Develop recommendations for the appropriate course of action, prepare and present credit submissions, liaise with external legal counsel on documentation
- Prepare and compile various reports for senior management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Profile of ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in banking/fund finance/private equity funds
- Strong credit, structuring, and execution skills　
- Strong exposure to Fund Finance products – subscription facilities, GP facilities, hybrid and NAVs
- Self-motivated, results-focused team player with strong learning ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous fund finance / financial sponsors / PE Financing experience preferred
