A leading Southeast Asian multinational in the technology, industrials, and services space is seeking a Vice President, Capital Solutions to be based in Singapore. This is a front-line capital management role partnering closely with banks and financial institutions to support the group’s growth, funding strategy, and balance sheet optimisation across the region.
 
Role Overview
You will act as the key relationship manager to banks, responsible for evaluating and negotiating financing solutions, planning capital strategies, and executing funding transactions end-to-end. The role works cross-functionally with internal finance, operations, and strategy teams, and oversees post-transaction capital deployment and performance.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Assess and negotiate financing solutions including loans, credit facilities, and structured funding
  • Plan and execute capital funding strategies aligned with business needs and cost of capital objectives
  • Coordinate transaction execution and oversee post-deal capital management
  • Monitor funding performance and recommend optimisations over time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 9 to 10 years of banking experience (corporate coverage, lending, or relationship management)
  • Strong grounding in credit analysis, financial statements, cash flow analysis, and financial modelling
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and senior-level presentations
  • Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced environments with high stakeholder exposure
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
