Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a digital capability framework and training program supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation.
- Develop engaging learning resources, training modules, guides and supporting materials.
- Deliver interactive workshops and training sessions for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Translate complex technical and AI concepts into engaging learning experiences for non-technical audiences.
- Partner with Learning & Development, business stakeholders and project teams to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted learning solutions.
- Support digital adoption by embedding capability uplift across the organisation.
- 4+ years' experience in Learning, Capability, Training or Digital Adoption roles.
- Experience designing and delivering learning programs supporting digital or technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience developing learning frameworks, training materials and capability programs.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into practical learning experiences.
- Experience working within large, complex organisations.
