Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or equivalent titles in contact center transformation.
- Strong ability to understand and adapt to technical processes and architecture.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Familiarity with AWS Connect is ideal
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Manila, Philippines without sponsorship.
