Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of technical experience as an architect for ServiceNow platform
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions with multiple integrations and large-scale enterprise migrations.
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules (e.g. CSM, ITSM Pro, ITOM Pro, GRC, IRM, CMDB) and agile delivery using ServiceNow Sprints.
- Strong technical skills in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML), and solution architecture across cloud and on-premises environments, including Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration, automation tools, and workflow integration using Automation Engine, Integration Hub, or RPA platforms.
- Ability to design advanced solutions including GenAI Now Assist, Performance Analytics Dashboards, and complex automation workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills for guiding architects and technical teams in enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
