We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Snr IT Audit Manager/Associate Director. This is a max term contract (12 months), available due to an internal promotion.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality assurance services, developing high-performing teams, and helping clients navigate an increasingly complex technology and regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and oversee IT external audit engagements for a broad portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
-Evaluate IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, automated controls, and IT-dependent manual controls supporting financial reporting.
-Provide technical guidance on technology risks, governance, cybersecurity, cloud environments, ERP systems, and emerging technologies.
-Collaborate with financial audit teams to deliver integrated, high-quality audit outcomes.
-Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, audit committees, and senior client management.
-Identify opportunities to expand client services while maintaining audit independence and professional standards.
-Mentor, coach, and develop managers and senior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
-Drive innovation by leveraging data analytics, automation, and technology-enabled audit methodologies.
-Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with professional, regulatory, and firm quality standards.
-Contribute to practice development through thought leadership, market engagement, and business development initiatives.

About You
-6+ years' experience in IT external audit, technology risk, or assurance within a professional services environment.
-Demonstrated experience leading complex audit engagements and managing large client portfolios.
-Deep knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs), application controls, ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft ----Dynamics), cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and/or IT governance.
-Strong understanding of external audit methodologies and financial reporting processes.
-Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
-Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
-Commercial acumen with a proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
-Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent (preferred).
