Requirements
- 4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience, particularly in Customer Service Management (CSM) module implementation and customization.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and App Engine Studio.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth/SAML authentication, and data parsing in JSON/XML.
- Hands-on experience in building custom workflows, automation with Flow Designer/Integration Hub, and App Engine applications for process optimization.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow security model, role-based access control, governance, and compliance with government or public sector standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, with ability to translate business requirements into technical CSM solutions.
- ServiceNow certifications are an advantage
