Scrum Master Oppotunity
Inital 6 month rolling engagement

Role Purpose
Enable high‑performing Agile delivery across 2–3 cross‑functional squads, supporting teams new to Agile and uplifting practices aligned with enterprise frameworks such as SAFe.
Key Responsibilities
Run all Scrum ceremonies and uphold Agile principles.
Lead and support onshore/offshore squads delivering Run and Change work.
Coach teams and individuals to improve agile capability and delivery performance.
Contribute to the Agility Chapter to uplift standards and best practices.
Translate initiative plans into sprint goals and delivery plans.
Track squad progress and communicate outcomes clearly.
Coordinate with Delivery Managers and business stakeholders to prioritise work and manage dependencies.
Support Tribes and business teams in adopting enterprise Agile Ways of Working, including PI Planning.
Key Requirements
Proven dedicated Scrum Master experience over 5+ years, ideally in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify).
Strong coaching skills and experience building high‑performing teams.
Passion for Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to monitor delivery outcomes and provide transparent reporting.
