This role is ideal for candidates from a management consulting, strategy or performance background who enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business performance, governance and strategic delivery outcomes. You will act as a trusted partner and advisor to your Technology and General Managers, working with business delivery teams to provide effective delivery oversight, manage governance rhythms and cadences, work with senior leadership to define and manage objectives and key results (OKRs).
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving quarterly planning and portfolio governance
- Delivering performance reporting and strategic insights
- Supporting investment, workforce and financial decision-making
- Improving delivery oversight, operating rhythms and execution
- Facilitating executive forums and stakeholder engagement
We’re looking for:
- Experience in consulting, transformation, strategy or portfolio governance
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Executive stakeholder management experience
- Exposure to agile delivery, OKRs and enterprise programs
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Financial services experience is highly regarded.
