Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of the annual budget at Bank, Business Line, and Business Unit levels.
- Support the review, monitoring, and analysis of budget execution to inform management decision-making.
- Assist in preparing financial performance analysis across the Bank, Business Lines, and Business Units, including supporting Business Units with product-level analysis.
- Prepare data analysis relating to pricing and asset and liability management (ALM), providing insights to Business Units and senior management.
- Assist in coordinating and executing financial KPI performance reviews across the Bank and Business Units.
- Monitor KPI progress and prepare regular performance analysis and reporting.
- 1-3 years’ experience within the banking industry, retail/corporate banking, or a similar financial services environment.
- 3+ years’ professional experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to use effective questioning techniques to understand business needs.
- Solid technical skills in excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving capability and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
