Key Responsibilities
- Develop core components of the Global FX MI and Analytics platform.
- Collaborate with quants and electronic trading technology teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Design and architect scalable tick data, access feeds, and analytic solutions.
- Implement API functionality and expand shared tools, components, and APIs.
Key Requirements
- Proven years of experience as KDB/q developer with strong coding proficiency.
- Expert knowledge of q language structures and ability to write performant code.
- Hands-on experience with KDB tick architecture and large-scale data handling.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to query, analyze, and combine vast market/trade datasets.
- Proficiency in test-driven development (TDD/BDD) with emphasis on specification-based testing.
- Exposure to full SDLC including build automation, deployment, and production support.
