The Role
You’ll design, build and maintain complex data management systems and automated data products that deliver reliable insights for decision-makers.
Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate business requirements into high-quality, production-ready data solutions, balancing competing priorities while delivering fit-for-purpose outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, develop and maintain complex data pipelines and systems
- Deliver automated, secure and reliable data services
- Provide expert advice to improve data efficiency and reliability
- Simplify complex technical concepts for senior stakeholders
- Mentor others and uplift engineering standards
- Strong background in data engineering and analytics, with extensive experience working in data warehousing, database technologies.
- Experience designing scalable data solutions using varying data integration, orchestration and ETL/ELT tools.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Tech Stack - Snowflake, Talend, Azure Data Lake
- Tertiary qualifications in related field (or equivalent experience)

Excellent working conditions with flexibility to work from home as well as the office in a hybrid model - 2 days a week at the Gosford office.
