About the Role
This senior communications role will lead the firm's communications, media relations, and strategic campaigns across regional markets. Working closely with senior leadership, partners, and regional marketing teams, the successful candidate will drive reputation building, thought leadership, partner profiling, and business development initiatives while enhancing the firm's market presence globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute communications strategies across regional markets.
- Develop cross-border campaigns, thought leadership programmes, and partner profiling initiatives.
- Drive media engagement, reputation management, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with HR on employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance to communications teams across offices.
- Support Hong Kong partners and practices through media relations and profile-building initiatives.
- Deliver strategic communications support for key campaigns, client initiatives, and market activities.
- Enhance the firm's profile in Hong Kong and strengthen its position as a leading international legal hub.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in communications, PR, media relations, corporate affairs, or marketing communications.
- Experience within professional services, legal, financial services, a PR agency, or another complex B2B environment.
- Strong media network across Hong Kong and/or Greater China.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and develop impactful market-facing content.
