My client, a prominent Insurer in Australia, is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong insurance domain knowledge and policy lifecycle experience, to support the delivery of strategic initiatives and system enhancements. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with product, underwriting, and technology teams to drive improvements across policy systems and customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders including underwriting, product, and operations teams to gather and document requirements
- Analyse and map policy administration processes across the policy lifecycle including quote, bind, issuance, - endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and process maps
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define solutions and drive alignment
- Work closely with technology teams to support solution design and implementation
- Support UAT planning, test execution, and defect management
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and systems
Interested applicants will have strong understanding of policy administration systems and the policy lifecycle. You will have experience working across experience working across general insurance products and have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
