My client, a global consultancy firm, are working on a major transformation and they’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support several key delivery system programs. This role will see you leading discovery, shaping requirements, and working closely with business and technical teams to deliver a scalable, user-focused solution. Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hold your own with senior stakeholders, is absolutely essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and define business problems and outcomes
- Run workshops and gather/validate requirements
- Translate into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Support Agile delivery (backlog, sprint planning, etc.)
- Manage changing requirements, risks, and impacts
- 8+ years’ BA experience in complex delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and discovery skills
- Proven Agile experience
- Ability to simplify complex problems and drive outcomes
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
The ideal candidate will have experience working across large transformation programs and have exposure to SharePoint / content management. You must also be able to work in ambiguity and be able to articulate how you have previously driven real outcomes.
