My client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of strategic initiatives within the Claims function of a leading insurance organisation. This role will focus on analysing and improving claims processes, systems, and customer journeys across the end-to-end claims lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across claims-related technology and transformation initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Analyse and document end-to-end claims lifecycle processes and identifing opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and improved customer outcomes.
- Support solution design, system integration requirements, and process alignment.
- Partner with Claims Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong General Insurance expertise, deep knowledge of claims processe and the claims lifecyle, and be able to demonstrate experience working within large-scale insurance transformation environments.
