- Handling institutional equity orders with a strong focus on execution quality
- Engaging clients on market conditions, liquidity and flow dynamics
- Supporting senior sales traders on key accounts and coverage responsibilities
- Working closely with internal trading, sales and research teams
- Contributing to broader client engagement and wallet-share initiatives over time
What they’re looking for:
- 3 - 8 years of experience in equity sales trading within a brokerage environment
- Sound understanding of cash equities and the trade lifecycle
- Comfortable speaking with institutional clients and responding to market-driven queries
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Mandarin proficiency required due to existing client coverage
