We are seeking an experienced Government Partnership Specialist to build, manage, and expand strategic relationships with government bodies across the ASEAN region. The role focuses on identifying, shaping, and influencing public-sector initiatives, digital transformation programs, and large-scale infrastructure or modernization projects that align with advanced technology, IT services, and digital solutions.
This individual will act as a trusted interface between public-sector stakeholders and internal business teams, enabling long-term partnerships and driving sustainable business opportunities within government and quasi-government organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with government bodies, regulators, and state-linked entities across ASEAN.
- Identify and influence government-led initiatives, digital transformation programs, and public-sector projects aligned with technology services.
- Track policy, regulatory, and procurement developments to anticipate and shape potential business opportunities.
- Position the organization as a trusted long-term partner to public-sector stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal sales, strategy, legal, and delivery teams to support public-sector opportunities and bids.
- Represent the organization in government consultations, industry forums, and public–private partnership discussions.
- Ensure all government engagement activities comply with regional laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Essential Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, Business, Law, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Government relations, public affairs, policy advocacy, Government relations, public affairs, policy advocacy, or Public-sector business development within technology, IT services, consulting, or telecom industries.
