- Project Administrator – Governance & Secretariat duties
- 3 month initial contract
- Mascot based - Hybrid working
- Daily rate: $535 + super
About the role
You’ll play a key role supporting governance and secretariat functions across a busy schedule of stakeholder meetings, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality coordination and delivery. This is a fast-paced environment suited to someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate governance forums, including agendas, papers and meeting logistics
- Provide end-to-end secretariat support across multiple stakeholder groups
- Prepare high-quality briefs, reports and documentation for senior stakeholders
- Liaise closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Track actions, outcomes and follow-ups across governance meetings
- Support broader policy and program initiatives aligned to Closing the Gap priorities
- Strong experience in governance, secretariat or project support roles
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
- Government experience highly regarded
