Key Responsibilities
- Lead the review and approval of product training materials, ensuring clarity and alignment with product propositions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create clear, effective training materials that accurately explain insurance products Drive and oversee ad hoc projects supporting product training and development initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ insurance industry experience with proven success in product development and launch/revamp campaigns
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products with ability to communicate benefits clearly
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing to prepare and review Chinese-language product training materials
- Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail
