Responsibilities
- Support Category Managers across APAC to deliver operational procurement support.
- Lead end‑to‑end tender processes (RFx), managing supplier coordination, queries, and onboarding through internal systems.
- Serve as the key liaison for vendor onboarding, ensuring accurate and timely submissions with internal teams such as Finance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Procurement Operations Specialist with a focus on tender management and supplier coordination.
- Proven track record in negotiation and direct supplier‑facing commercial engagements.
- Detail‑oriented and eager to learn; thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities; curious and motivated.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with data centre–related categories (design, infrastructure, construction, engineering) is advantageous.
