A fast-growing healthcare company with a strong and expanding presence across Asia is hiring for a  Procurement Manager (CDMO/CMO).  This is a lean, high-impact environment where you will wear multiple hats and have real visibility across the business. This is an individual contributor role, where you will serve as the dedicated procurement lead pertaining to the firm’s external Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs/CDMOs), while driving cost savings, leading high-stakes negotiations, and cultivating long-term strategic partnerships that support business growth and patient access across the region. Day to day, you will be embedded in cross-functional teams launching new products across APAC, proactively identifying and qualifying CMO/CDMO partners, injecting procurement thinking early into the development cycle, and serving as the regional authority on contract manufacturing trends across the region. You will lead regional demand consolidation efforts and work closely with commercial leadership team to evaluate commercial deals and in-licensing opportunities. On the contracts side, you will drive negotiations on MSAs, regional distribution agreements, and long-term supply arrangements, while managing key supplier relationships with a focus on performance, risk, and innovation. You will lead the Regional Strategic Sourcing governance framework and develop robust supply risk mitigation plans (e.g. dual-sourcing strategies, inventory management) to ensure continuity of supply across a complex, multi-market regulatory landscape.

You should have a degree in business management, or similar field, with at least 8 years of relevant procurement experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or consumer health space. Direct experience negotiating with Contract Manufacturers (CMOs/CDMOs) is a must have, and solid foundation dealing with contract negotiation. You have strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into tangible, measurable outcomes in a lean set up.
