We're partnering with a leading regional healthcare distribution company — a major player across medical devices, consumables, and aesthetics solutions serving hospitals, aesthetic clinics, and dermatology practices across Singapore — to find a Manager, Medical Aesthetics to lead their commercial strategy in this fast-growing category.
 
The Role
You'll own the medical aesthetics consumables and device portfolio for Singapore — driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strategic relationships with hospitals, aesthetic clinics, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
This is a hybrid sales leadership + brand/product management mandate: you'll shape go-to-market strategy for new launches, manage the product lifecycle, and be the face of the business with top clinicians and industry partners.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue and market share targets across the medical aesthetics portfolio
  • Lead, coach, and grow a sales team in a high-performance culture
  • Build long-term partnerships with hospitals, aesthetic and dermatology clinics, and KOLs
  • Own product positioning, pricing, competitive benchmarking, and promotional strategy
  • Lead product lifecycle management — forecasting, inventory planning and optimization
  • Partner with principals and internal stakeholders on product launches
  • Plan demos, scientific seminars, workshops, and exhibitions to build market presence
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Own budgets, profitability, and ROI on promotional investment
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in medical device / medical aesthetics sales leadership (those with aesthetics clinic management experience as welcome to apply)
  • Strong commercial and business acumen — comfortable owning P&L-adjacent metrics
  • Experience managing and developing a sales team
  • Established network or credibility with aesthetic/dermatology clinics and KOLs a strong plus
  • Independent, self-motivated, outgoing, and confident communicator
  • Genuine interest in the aesthetics/healthcare space and building long-term client relationships
