They're hiring an IT Support Engineer for their Singapore office, reporting into the Head of IT & Cyber Security. This is a hands-on, first-line support role covering end-user devices, servers, networks and security systems, working closely with the broader Infrastructure team.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for IT support requests, both remote and on-site
- Manage user account setup and access permissions
- Review and action quarantined/flagged emails
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system issues
- Configure and roll out new hardware and software
- Keep systems documentation up to date
- Support network and endpoint monitoring
- Track and enforce device patching for compliance
- Contribute to hardware/software procurement decisions
- Help uphold data security and integrity standards across the business
- Support cyber awareness initiatives, including phishing simulation exercises and new security protocol rollouts
- Some travel to overseas offices for on-site support, as needed
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years working with Office 365 and Azure AD in a support capacity
- 2+ years' experience managing devices via Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
- Experience with a helpdesk/ticketing platform (e.g. ConnectWise, SolarWinds, AutoTask, ManageEngine, ZenDesk, or similar)
- Solid working knowledge of Windows environments
- Confidence troubleshooting across the stack — desktops, servers, network and firewall level
- Exposure to a broad range of end-user hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, tablets)
- Track record contributing to IT projects of varying scale and complexity
- Good documentation habits
- Nice to have: general networking knowledge, and/or exposure to compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or Cyber Essentials
