A leading Asia-based engineering and technology group is looking to hire an Investor Relations Manager.
This role supports the delivery of the Group’s investor relations strategy, ensuring consistent, accurate, and well-managed communication with the investment community. Partnering closely with senior management and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to shaping and articulating the company’s investment narrative while upholding high standards of disclosure. You will plan investor engagements, including quarterly results presentations, roadshows, conferences, and regular interactions with institutional investors and research analysts. You will track market developments, investor sentiment, and shareholding movements, providing insights to support management decision-making. In addition, you will manage key IR materials and platforms, assist with shareholder-related activities such as AGM preparations, and ensure adherence to regulatory and governance requirements, while contributing to continuous improvements in IR processes and practices.
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 6 years of relevant experience in Investor relations, with at least 2 years of working in a listed organisation. Prior experience within IR consultancy firms would be an advantage. You hone excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
