Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance or Finance Director, ideally within a manufacturing, production, trading or supply chain environment.
- Strong experience in commercial finance, financial management and restructuring, supporting businesses through periods of change and transformation.
- Strong expertise in cash flow forecasting, working capital, cost control and customer collections.
- Proven experience in supplier and commercial contract negotiations, with a practical approach to improving commercial arrangements.
- Experience supporting investment opportunities, fundraising, debt financing or refinancing, with strong commercial judgement.
- Solid track record in financial control, statutory reporting and compliance across complex or multi-jurisdictional operations.
- Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis skills, with the ability to provide clear commercial insights to senior stakeholders.
