We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a Identity Modernisation Program team. This role is specifically focused on application onboarding to the OneIdentity Identity Manager (OIM) platform.
The IAM Business Analyst is responsible for driving the high-level information security governance, frameworks and other best practices, enabling the business to minimise information security risk and efficiently respond to incidents.
Key accountabilities:
You will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders, application owners, and technical delivery teams, ensuring that enterprise applications are successfully integrated into our centralised identity governance framework.
The successful candidate will drive the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle; from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to connector configuration, entitlement modelling, authorisation model design, and post-go-live support.
This position requires a solid understanding of identity governance concepts, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable documentation.
Essential requirements:
8+ years’ experience performing as a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in IAM
Solid understanding of identity governance concepts, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable documentation.
Hands on experience of the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle
