A market leader in the hospitality industry is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA for the business. This role is key to ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and achieves the organisation’s transformation goals, with close collaboration across finance, operations, IT, and other stakeholders.
You will oversee all project phases, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Acting as the primary liaison with system integrators, you will drive process redesign and standardisation, facilitate workshops, validate solutions, and ensure business requirements are effectively translated into functional and technical designs.
Additionally, the role involves managing data migration, testing, cutover activities, change management, training, and post-go-live stabilization. This is a unique opportunity to lead transformational projects and make a tangible impact within a fast-paced, high-profile hospitality organisation.
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, and have at last 15 years of finance controllership experience coupled with large-scale ERP implementations, specifically in SAP Hana, and ideally Ariba. You hone excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
