About the work:
The Human Capital Management (HCM) Program is a multi-year technology-enabled transformation program that aims to simplify, streamline and transform key people management services across the department.
Ideal characteristics for role:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working within SAP HCM transformation programs
- Test automation engineer with at least 5 years’ experience as a Test Automation Lead
- Test automation framework for a large HCM SAP transformation program ideally SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Test automation tools such as ValueEdge Functional Test, TestComplete, SAP CloudALM, Tricentis TOSCA, Panaya, UI Path, Playwright or similar
- Experience in SuccessFactors modules (including Core HR (Primary), Onboarding and Recruitment
- Automation of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Module functional tests, SAP ECC and SAP Business Technology Platform BTP
- Depth of experience with HR data sets, Data Management and sensitive people data.
