Role Overview
 
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to take ownership of design output across our business, from client-facing collateral to digital campaigns and branded events.
 
This is an ideal opportunity for a design professional with a strong B2B, tech, or professional services background who wants meaningful creative ownership in a collaborative, commercially driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
·      Collateral Development: Lead the creation of high-impact marketing materials, including pitch decks, brochures, case studies, proposals, event invitations, and branded templates.
·      Website Design: Support updates and visual improvements to our website, ensuring design consistency and a premium brand experience across all pages.
·      Digital Asset Management: Maintain and evolve our library of marketing assets and templates, ensuring brand integrity across all platforms and channels.
·      Social Media & Campaign Graphics: Design compelling visuals for LinkedIn, email campaigns, newsletters, and other digital touchpoints.
·      Video Editing: Contribute to short-form video content for employer branding, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
·      Ad Hoc Design Support: Respond to a variety of creative briefs as they arise, including email signatures, internal comms, and event materials.


What We're Looking For
·      Education: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related creative field.
·      Experience: 5+ years in a graphic design or multimedia design role, with demonstrable experience working in B2B, technology, or professional services environments.
·      Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.
·      Commercial Awareness: Ability to translate business objectives into strong visual narratives – particularly for client-facing and sales-enablement materials.
·      Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally, taking direction from multiple stakeholders, and incorporating feedback constructively.
·      Attention to Detail: Consistently high standards for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
