About the role
The Director Investment Technology  is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the technology capabilities that support core business operations and strategic objectives. Leading technology strategy, enterprise applications, solution architecture, data management and emerging technologies, this role will drive innovation, ensure secure and scalable technology solutions, and enable the organisation's continued growth.

What's Required
Operating within a lean, high-performing technology team, this role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. They need broad enterprise technology leadership experience, including direct ownership of ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, and organisation wide technology strategy.
Success will come from the ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing priorities and partner closely with stakeholders to transform how technology supports the business.
More specifically they will have the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in technology delivery roles, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within start-up or fast-growing environments.
  • Proven experience in leading technology strategy and solution architecture.
  • Strong background in delivery of software platforms to support an investment management business
  • Expertise in data management, including governance, analytics, and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security, digital compliance, and cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation through emerging technologies like Generative AI.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
