Are you an experienced Data Engineer? Do you have
experience building pipelines to ingest data into a Databricks DWH?
I'm currenly working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Engineer to join a Healthcare company in Sydney helping them with a Databricks implementation. They are in the initial stages of their journey and you would be focused on building data pipelines that ingest data from different systems across the business
You would be able to join the early stages of a large revamp of their data platform and would also be contributing to the design of a data governance framework and data management processes.
What's Required
- Hands-on experience building data pipelines to ingest data into a Databricks platform is essential
- Experience building pipelines in Python is also essential
- Experience with a cloud platform (ideally Azure)
- Knowledge of data governance standards
This role sits within an existing team and will work closely with a Data Analyst who will be responsible for the staeholder engagement and the insights / report generation.
