Responsibilities would include:
- Conduct market, industry and competitor analysis across FMCG, retail, consumer and technology sectors to identify strategic opportunities and support business planning
- Develop business cases, financial models, valuations, ROI assessments and due diligence analyses for strategic projects and investments
- Support M&A, partnerships and capex transactions, coordinating with Finance, Legal, external advisors and senior stakeholders throughout deal execution
- Drive project tracking, KPI monitoring and strategic reporting, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with business objectives and timelines
- Prepare executive-level presentations, investment materials and ad-hoc analysis for the S&D Head, CEO, Board and investors, highlighting key risks and opportunities
Profile of ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3-4 relevant years of experience in either strategy management consulting, corporate finance, M&A, investment banking, Private Equity or corporate development
- Proven experience in deal execution (M&A, partnerships, capital raising)
- Relevant sector experience in FMCG, retail, consumer, livestock or technology would be advantageous.
- Corporate Finance Skills: Strong in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction support.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Good stakeholder management, proactive, entrepreneurial, detail oriented
