Are you ready to take ownership of clinical trial delivery from concept to final study report? We're looking for a Clinical Project Manager, based in Taiwan, to join and drive oncology studies that meet the highest standards of ICH E6 GCP compliance.
What You'll Do
● Own end-to-end project management for designated clinical trial(s) — planning, resourcing, timelines, and deliverables
● Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to consistently exceed sponsor expectations
● Manage project budgets, scope, and Change Orders while keeping sponsors and management informed
● Set up and oversee clinical systems to track compliance, finance, and site performance
● Coordinate audit/inspection readiness and CAPA follow-through
● Support business development — RFI/RFP budget estimation and proposal input
● Mentor new team members and help shape internal PM SOPs and work guides
What You Bring
● Bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy, or a related bio-science field (or equivalent experience)
● Minimum 2 years of Clinical Project Management experience
● Oncology study experience required
● Regional (multi-country/APAC) study experience preferred
● GCP certification (basic/advanced) or equivalent training
● Strong grasp of cross-functional processes, clinical trial lifecycle, and regulatory requirements
● Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal), plus fluency in Mandarin to support communication with relevant regional stakeholders and study sites.
● Proven leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
● Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
