Macquarie Park Based - Hybrid working
You will come with 3-5 years Change Analyst experience, ideally working on projects involving moving existing apps/systems to a Salesforce solution. You will also ideally come with previous higher education experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Partner with project teams, SMEs and stakeholders to identify, validate and manage change impacts
- Support the development and delivery of change, communication and readiness plans
- Develop presentations, briefing packs, workshop materials and change collateral
- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops and change activities
- Support the development of learning materials, quick reference guides and user support documentation
- Assist with testing, quality assurance and review of change deliverables
- Maintain project and change documentation in line with governance requirements
- Work collaboratively with Change Managers across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Previous experience as a Change Analyst orr Junior Change Manager
- Strong experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement activities
- Experience supporting technology-enabled business change or digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative and proactive approach to working with stakeholders at all levels
- Salesforce project experience - migartion of legacy systems to a new salesforce digital solution
- Experience supporting CRM-related change initiatives
- Higher Education sector experience (highly desired)
- Prosci or similar change management certification
- Experience working within structured change management methodologies
