Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst working on Workday integrations, including 2 full-cycle deployments
- Certified in Workday Integration Core or Workday Studio, with experience using Studio, EIB, PECI, WECI, and RaaS
- Strong ability to design, build, and debug complex Workday Studio integrations with robust error handling
- Solid understanding of HCM processes and data mapping across Core HCM/Finance and external systems
- Configures RaaS and outbound EIBs with secure access controls and proactive monitoring through logs and alerts
- Proven capability to troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver reliable, production-grade Workday integrations
