We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience to support the ongoing enhancement of a large-scale case management platform, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. The platform integrates with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook to streamline end-to-end case management workflows.

Key deliverables: 
  • You will play a critical role in release planning and delivery coordination, supporting sprint planning, sequencing of work, and ensuring readiness for key milestones. The role requires hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing user stories, tracking progress, and maintaining backlog integrity.
  • In addition, the Business Analyst will work closely with developers, vendors, and testing teams, providing ongoing clarification of requirements, supporting solution design, facilitating defect resolution, and ensuring traceability from requirements through to testing and delivery outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to quickly understand complex business processes, collaborate effectively across business and technical teams, and support activities such as UAT planning and execution, data migration readiness, and continuous backlog refinement.
  • This role is essential to ensuring solution quality, delivery efficiency, and successful business adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading requirements workshops and stakeholder engagement
  • Translating requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation
  • Managing and prioritising the product backlog
  • Supporting sprint planning, release coordination and delivery readiness
  • Working closely with developers, testers and vendors to ensure clarity of scope
  • Facilitating defect triage and solution validation
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing and implementation activities
  • Assisting with data migration validation where required
  • Providing clear updates on risks, dependencies and delivery progress
Skills and experience required:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on technology or transformation programs
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service / CRM / Case Management)
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Ability to manage backlogs and support release planning
  • Utilise Azure DevOps to manage user stories, track progress, maintain backlog integrity, and support reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business processes
Highly Regarded
  • Experience delivering case management system implementations
  • Exposure to data migration activities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience working in government or regulated environments
