Responsibilities would include:
  • Support execution of financing transactions, review of loan documentation and leading the loan administration (including covenant monitoring, managing incoming payments and accounts)
  • Engaging dialogues with banks on loan enquiries and loan amendments, vetting loan documents, keeping track of SPV financial performance
  • Process and review loan documentation for drawdown.
  • Monitor covenants with banks and recommending corrective actions or amendments to financial documents
  • Track and monitor loan portfolio, including interest costs, loan covenants and reviewing debt financing needs
  • Prepare loan reports for submission if necessary, or other reports required for investor and headquarter reporting
 
Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 6-10 years of banking experience, in a loan middle office / loan portfolio management or administrative function
  • Able to oversee loan documentation and administration process independently, understand loan drawdown
  • Shipping/ Transportation/ Maritime sector exposure is advantageous
  • Excellent self-motivation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive tasks to completion
  • Good verbal and written communication ability
  • Meticulous, proactive, diligent with keen attention to details while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skill and ability to work well with different functions and levels (high visibility to C-level stakeholders and HQ)
