A Family Office client is seeking an Associate Director, Fund Finance & Corporate Accounting
to join the team.
We’re working with a well-established family office with investments across private equity, public markets, real assets, and other alternative investments. The team in Singapore is currently lean, and this role will be the key finance hire reporting directly to the CFO.
This is a broad, hands-on role covering both corporate accounting and fund finance. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end finance work including month-end and year-end closings, financial statements, as well as budgeting, planning, and forecasting. The team is also in the process of implementing a new finance ERP system, so you’ll have the opportunity to play a lead role in driving this project.
The ideal candidate would have 10+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally with a mix of large organisations and smaller buy-side firms or family offices. You should have strong technical skills across corporate and investment accounting (especially fund structures), fair value accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, treasury, and FP&A. Strong communication skills are important, as you’ll be working closely with and influencing key stakeholders across the business.
