Client introduction
A regional technology consulting business is expanding its analytics and data engineering capability in Singapore. They are hiring a permanent position of a  Analytics Solutions Consultant (Presales, Snowflake / Fabric)  who can engage customers confidently, understand business challenges, and help shape practical data platform solutions.
 
The role is approximately 70% presales/consulting and 30% technical solutioning.
 
Job responsibilities
Working closely with the Managing Director and Sales Director, your role involves:
  • Supporting client-facing presales activities including discovery sessions, presentations, demos and solution discussions
  • Understanding client business needs and translate them into analytics and data engineering solution recommendations
  • Working closely with internal technical and delivery teams to shape suitable solutions and proposals
  • Explaining data platform concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Solutioning across Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric and related analytics environments
  • Supporting proposal development, scope discussions and solution documentation
  • Stay updated on market trends across analytics, cloud data platforms and modern data engineering solutions
 
Job requirements
As a successful candidate, you should have:
  • Experience in presales, solutions consulting, analytics consulting or a related client-facing technology role
  • Good understanding of analytics and data engineering concepts
  • Exposure to Snowflake and/or Microsoft Fabric
  • Exposure to Databricks would be a plus
  • Able to engage customers confidently and explain technical concepts in a clear way
