Harry is Managing Director of Energy Infrastructure at Ethos BeathChapman, bringing over 15 years of experience partnering with leading Power, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure companies across North America, EMEA and APAC.

Prior to joining EBC, Harry worked with a global energy executive search firm, where he led a large division covering the full energy spectrum. He also founded a boutique executive search business specialising in Energy Storage, giving him deep expertise across one of the sector’s fastest-growing areas.

Throughout his career, Harry has partnered with leading global system integrators, delivering executive and senior leadership appointments as well as full project team hires across engineering, commercial and project execution functions. He is particularly passionate about working with businesses at the forefront of the energy transition, supporting the integration of renewable energy, grid modernisation and emerging technologies that improve energy efficiency.

Harry’s approach is built on a deep understanding of his clients’ businesses, combined with a truly international perspective and network. He has supported organisations across more than 15 countries, providing local leadership expertise to help businesses scale and grow.

Outside of work, Harry is a passionate Arsenal and England Rugby fan and enjoys keeping fit and travelling.
