​Based in London and Surrey in the UK, Peter leads commercial and marketing appointments for Ethos BeathChapman’s EMEA function.

Peter has over fourteen years of experience leading both domestic and international senior appointments across marketing and commercial mandates. He has built an international presence for two London-based, specialist executive search firms and has extensive experience working with large multinational corporations, scale-up businesses, and start-ups. Some of his areas of expertise cover; digital, tech-transformation, eCommerce, performance marketing, brand, CRM, data & insights, sales, commercial strategy, and business development.

His track-record includes delivering complex assignments for Chief Marketing Officers and Marketing Directors, Chief Commercial Officers, and Sales Directors along with their leadership teams.

Peter is passionate about ED&I and sustainability. He has supported many clients in implementing effective ED&I strategies into their search programme and he has personal experience of building internal policies for monitoring and improving his own corporate sustainability initiatives.

In his spare time, Peter can be found on the golf course or cycling his bike in the South Downs. He also has two young, lively, and strong-willed daughters who keep him busy.
