Prior to joining Ethos BeathChapman, Mon Fei spent 5 years with another global search agency where he built up a track record of helping his clients to place niche technical positions which includes, but not limited to Head of Engineering, Front Office Java Developers and Product Managers. He ended his last financial year with the company as the Top 1 Biller for Technology in Singapore, as well as Top 2 Biller in Singapore.

As someone who believes in the high-touch business, Mon Fei positions himself as a business partner and aims to provide value to both his candidates and clients and build long-lasting relationships along the way.

Outside of work, Mon Fei mostly spends his time cooking, learning Japanese, and watching YouTube videos about true crime.
