​As an Associate Director, Ken has over 6 years experience across the manufacturing space in Japan and an extensive network within industries such as semiconductors, factory automation and analytical/testing instrumentation among many others. Ken notably has a wealth of experience assisting not only established businesses in Japan but also market newcomers looking to make their first locally-based hire. He focuses primarily on mid to senior-level appointments at foreign capital companies across the three functions of sales, marketing and engineering.

Prior to joining EBC, Ken developed a track record of consistently delivering upon at times challenging client assignments, exceeding expectations and building a profitable team. Some of his career achievements include becoming a global top achiever and doubling his team size in 2 years as a Manager.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, he first relocated to Tokyo in 2017. Some of Ken’s interests outside of work include fitness, soccer, travelling and building custom keyboards for his home office. He’s also a huge foodie and takes great enjoyment from the endless array of options in Tokyo.
