Based in Amsterdam, Jonathan leads Ethos BeathChapman’s presence in Europe. He is known to partner on executive search for leading multinational brands specialising in technology, telecommunications and digital services.

With over a decade of executive search experience, Jonathan has been working in recruitment since 2007. Alongside his exposure in Western Europe, he has witnessed and influenced key hiring decisions in various emerging markets including Indonesia, Philippines and the South Asian continent.

Jonathan’s specialisation is in CxO hiring and solution recruiting based on relevant business issues. His ability to swiftly understand how key skills and leadership can relate to a client being steps ahead of the competition, has positioned him as a ‘go-to partner’ for the dynamic organisations that he supports.
